Explanation

Grantmaker's Description of How Grants are Used

Monetary grants to organizations were all made to 501(c)(3) organizations. No restrictions were placed on the use of these funds and the organizations' use of the funds was not monitored.Scholarships were paid directly to the Educational Institutions.Transporation assistance consisted of cash to one individual for gasoline for a trip and another individual for 1 month's automobile insurance. The individuals' use of the funds was not monitored.
