| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6 | Membership in the Delphic Club is open to all undergraduates of Harvard College who are members in good standing of the sophomore, junior or senior classes and who are not otherwise members of a Harvard College Final Club. There shall be two classes of membership: Undergraduate Members, defined as those members who have not yet received undergraduate degrees from Harvard College, and graduate members, defined as all those members who are not Undergraduate Members. With the approval of the Board of Governors of the graduate members, an independent association of the graduate members of The Delphic Club, the Board of Officers may elect members in good standing of the Harvard graduate schools as special members.
