Little Adventures Early Learning Center - Glenwood Springs Colorado Access Early Education Foundation developed and opened a new licensed early childhood education center in Glenwood Springs Colorado to address the critical shortage of child care in the region. The center provides high-quality care and education for infants toddlers and preschool-aged children and serves more than 100 children annually. The Foundation worked with community partners employers architects contractors and educators to develop and launch the program. Services include full-day early childhood education family support nutritious meals and developmental programming. 1,092,562

Gunnison Early Childhood Education Program Operations - Gunnison Colorado The Foundation assumed operations of an existing child care center in Gunnison Colorado to preserve and expand access to early childhood education for local families. The program serves more than 50 children and provides care for infants toddlers preschool-aged children and school-age children. The Foundation implemented operational support staffing training compliance oversight and program quality improvements to ensure the long-term sustainability of child care services in the community. 498,038

Expansion of Licensed Child Care Capacity in Rural Colorado The Foundation worked to increase access to affordable high-quality child care in underserved Colorado communities through the development management and support of licensed child care programs. During the tax year the Foundation expanded access to more than 150 licensed child care spaces through new program development and operational support efforts. These activities helped address workforce shortages and improve access to care for working families. 0

Early Childhood Workforce Development and Program Quality Initiatives The Foundation provided professional development operational coaching training and technical assistance to child care educators and administrators. Activities included staff onboarding regulatory compliance support health and safety training curriculum implementation and leadership development.
