Form 990, Part V, line 7:	EANGUS is a 501c(19) organization organized in the United States, with a membership made up of Veterans and no part of the net earnings of which inures to the benefit of any private shareholder or individual. As such, contributions are deductible under section 170(c)(3).
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Association has numerous members who have attained membership through payment of membership dues to the Organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Members elect officers at the annual conference.
