Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Salary and Benefits Committee (consisting of members of the Board of Directors) analyzed salary surveys for like sized credit unions along with credit union performance and presented options to the board for salary increases for the CEO/President and EVP. They also reviewed salary increase proposals for all remaining staff. Their decisions and support for such were documented.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The financial statements of the credit union are posted in the lobby of the credit union monthly.
