Although the Organization does not have the above-mentioned written board-approved polices it does have practices and procedures in place to ensure good governance and tax compliance. Annually the Organization considers the need to adopt these policies. The Organization does make available its Form 990 returns. The Organization does not make available its governing documents except to the extent required by law.
