Return Reference Explanation
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 16 Not Required per the instructions however a brief summary is provided. Most of the program revenue and around 2/3 of the expenses for the year specifically relate to a May BBQ contest that we hold annually. We strive to operate this event at break even with a budget of around $40,000 and lost money in 2025. Other significant expenses include an annual banquet, Team of the Year trophies, member access to the BBQ news publication and monthly administrative costs including maintaining a website, payment system processing, email and cloud file storage, and a subscription to hold virtual board meetings.
