Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The organization has 145 members who participate in Club choirs, financial decisions, and activities. Club bylaws provide for a maximum membership of 175.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Club elections are held annually in November for Bridge Officers and Trustees. All members have the right to vote and participate in the election. Trustees serve for a two year period. Officers serve for one year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	All governing decisions have to be approved by the membership. Major expenses in excess of $2000 need to be approved by the membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Bridge officers, trustees, and members are provided a copy of the completed 990 and related documents. Financial operating results are provided at each monthly meeting
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All documents are made available to the public upon request. No private or public funds are ever solicited to run the Club.
