Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2	The Fire Chief is on the Governing Board by virtue of his position. The President of the organization is his wife.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Company is made up of all volunteers who are members of the Company. They perform all functions of the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The membership elects the President and all the other officers and directors on an annual basis.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Almost all decisions made by the Executive Board need to come to the membership as a whole for their approval.
