What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? All revenue and expenses incurred by this organization are for the sole purpose of supporting local programs for Veterans and their families. Our major focus is the American Legion Boys' State program where area high school boys are taught citizenship and leadership skills held annually at Morrisville College in New York State.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 A majority of our revenue and expenses incurred by Warren County American Legion are for the sole purpose of supporting legion programs and services. This includes a total of thirteen (13) junior high school boys who were immersed in a weeklong Boys' State Program during the summer to include round-trip transportation.
