What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? A FEDERALLY ASSISTED AND REGULATED (USDA RURAL DEVELOPMENT) AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPLEX PROVIDING LOW COST RENTAL UNITS TO LOW INCOME ELDERLY TENANTS IN RURAL ILLINOIS.
