What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Association was organized to provide its members with social, recreational, and community amenities, including a swimming pool, tennis courts, a clubhouse, open space trails, and related common area facilities. The Association maintains, repairs, and replaces common area property in furtherance of these recreational and social purposes.
