Part VI, Line 7b	Elections are held every May for officers President VP Treasurer Secretary Trustees Inside Guard Chaplain and Conductor. Every member in good standing is encouraged to vote. If an officer forfeits their position they are required to give a written statement that they are resigning or address it at the next business meeting.
Part VI, Line 8	Committees will hold their own meetings but bring discussion to the business meeting with members and officers and membership will vote on what the committees brought to the floor during the meeting. Minutes are taken at each business meeting and minutes of previous meeting is read.
Part VI, Line 11b	We will post a copy of the 990 to the board of information in the Aerie. All members in good standing will have a chance to review it. We also discuss money spent at each meeting and vote for significant amounts before they are spent 500 .
Part VI, Line 15	According to our By-Laws the only paid compensation to officers is the Treasurer and Secretary. The amount paid to those two positions is listed in our by-laws.
Part VI, Line 19	We are a private aerie and not open to the public. Our members have access to the 990 inside the aerie.
Part XII, Line 1	We have an inhouse auditor and pull information from the bank statments.
