Other	Form 990 - Organizations Mission: The objectives and aims of IAFF L1309 is the development of a higher degree of skill and efficiency, the maintenance of discipline, careful observance of the rules and regulations of the Fire Department, the cultivation of a closer degree of friendship and fellowship among its members in order to secure for the membership the intellectual, social, and economic privileges that are due to all persons, and to obtain proper remuneration for services rendered.
