What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Community service activities to benefit Randolph Township and surrounding communities. Service activities are either monetary donations or hands on activities to help neighbors clear township roads and parks or volunteer at community events including administration of Township Freedom Festival Parade and carnival. Club also volunteers with bell ringing for the Salvation Army. Those receipts go directly into the Salvation Army kettle.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Scholarships 7,700: The Club paid one 1,700 scholarship and six 1,000 scholarships to Randolph High School graduates. A factor for granting the scholarships is the students community service activities. All grants are one year grants with no future payments attached.

Part V, line 34 | Explanation:| In 2025 the Kiwanis Club of Randolph Township The Club modified its bylaws to be in conformance with Kiwanis International Bylaws. The Club modified Article 8- Funds and Accounting. In Section 8.1 the Club eliminated the sentence which read Monies received for club service activities regardless of source may only be used for service activities. Separate accounting records must be maintained for service funds and administrative funds. Also in Section 8.1 the Club eliminated the requirement of having separate budgets for administrative and service funds.|
