IN 2021, THE FOUNDATION BECAME AWARE OF AN INVESTMENT ACCOUNT THAT WAS INADVERTENTLY OMITTED FROM THE 2019 FORM 990-PF. THE INVESTMENT ACCOUNT WAS NEW IN 2019 AND FUNDED WITH CONTRIBUTIONS OF INVESTMENT ASSETS. AN AMENDED FORM 990-PF HAS BEEN PREPARED AND FILED IN MAY 2021 CONCURRENT WITH THE 2020 FORM 990-PF FILING.
