	We provide an environment welcoming to many veterans and allow social interaction for many who would otherwise be alone. We operate the canteen 6-7 days per week throughout the year providing camaraderie and servicing anywhere from 10-60 members and guests per day with occasionally more on special events.

	Our membership tends to be a bit older so much of our relief tends to be geared towards an older population. We help with recognizing deceased members and their families at funerals and provide as needed for those that are left behind. We supported 7 members families during and after funerals over the year and maintain a relief fund dedicated to that support.

	We support our community mainly through education and awareness. We provide speakers at special events so the community can learn about life in the military and the war-time experiences that typically set the military members apart. We also are present for flag and wreath laying events and in general during federal holidays. During the year we conducted 1 JROTC Awards Ceremony 1 speaking event planted flags at 2 cemeteries and conducted 1 food and clothing drive for our local community.

Part VI, Line 7b	Our members all have the right to weigh in on many of the decisions affecting our activities and the operation of our facility.
Part VI, Line 11b	The Form 990 is made available to all members upon request. All quartermaster files are kept in the office and are made available with no restrictions except for those with sensitive PII or similar documents. The Form 990 is filled out by the post quartermaster based on financial data captured throughout the year. The post commander and trustees review the financial data throughout the year. After the Form 990 is complete the quartermaster has the trustees review the completed form and attached schedules along with all files that were used to generate the report. The commander does the final review prior to submitting the Form 990 and schedules.
