Slemmer Family Foundation EIN: 47-2511903 Tax Year Ended: December 31 2025 The Slemmer Family Foundation terminated its operations effective December 31 2025. As of that date the Foundation ceased all charitable administrative investment and other operating activities. During the tax year ended December 31 2025 the Foundation completed the winding up of its affairs. There were no remaining assets as all remaining assets of the Foundation were distributed in furtherance of its exempt purposes and in accordance with its governing documents and applicable law.
