What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? OMP's primary exempt purpose is the maintenance and preservation of a neighborhood's common areas incluuding beaches, jetty, dock, wetlands, pathways, and roads as a Homeowners' association.

28 Old Mill Point Associates Inc. ("OMP") is an organization of 61 property owners in a beach side community. OMP maintains a jetty that preserves a beach, a dock which provides access to a river, preserves wetlands, maintains access rooadways and pathways. OMP pays for these services directly. It is managed by volunteers.
