Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	each year at the annual meeting members vote on the director running for the board of the credit union
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	at the annual meeting any changes to the by-laws of the credit union are voted on by the membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	the 990 is reviewed by the board at the May board meeting and it is posted in the main lobby following the meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	all directors are required to submit to the board any transactions or occurrences that may rise to the level of a conflict of interest.
