What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The organization was formed by the original subdivision developer for the betterment of the community. Through its board of directors the organization: enforces the registered deed restrictions; maintains contact with the local government on matters of safety and environment that affect the subdivision; maintains lighted entrance islands and other association-owned land; and provides social events open to all subdivision residents in good standing.
