Return Reference Explanation
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 8 we are responsible for the lease. A non profit, the Greater Human Services Alliance shared our office and paid rent for their office space. Also, some of our members participate in Aflac Insurance. The premiums are collection when the dues are collected. We send the premiums to AFLAC Insurance company once a month when we pay the AFLAC invoice.
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 10 We send flowers to members out sick for longer periods and funeral services. We sponsor a group event for the members once a year during the summer.
Form 990-EZ, Part I, Line 16 We forward the AFLAC premiums to AFLAC insurance Company when we receive the invoice once a month. We forward the dues collected from members to the International organization once a month.
