What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Primary purpose: Provide representation to bargaining unit employees for contract negotiations, grievance handling, and workplace advocacy. Program description: The organization provided representation and support to approximately 400 members and additional non-members in collective bargaining, grievance processing, and workplace-related matters. Activities included contract negotiations, member advocacy, and participation in meetings and conferences related to labor representation.
