Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The organization is made up of an executive board and a full board. All actions taken by members shall be approved by majority vote of the members. If a majority of the members are not at the meeting, then the vote will be held off until such a time as there is.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Executive board members may submit a nominee to the executive director. The committee will review and recommend the nominee to the board of directors. Each member may cast one vote to approve the nominee.
