	The Chamber sponsored Feet on the Street - weekly block parties held on friday evenings from May through September. The organization provides live entertainment and childrens activities for the community in order to promote local businesses. The Chamber also sponsored Rocktoberfest - A music festival in October in Towson and other similar events such as Garden Day and the Spring Festival. All activities promote local businesses and merchants in the Towson, MD area.

	The Chamber held business networking events for members of the Chamber to promote local businesses and merchants and promote overall growth of businesses in the Towson, MD area.

	Managed Beautification of Towson project in Baltimore County which included landscaping and planting seasonal flowers in Towson. The project included sponsoring Towson Clean-up Days. Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	The Chamber is a not-for-profit corporation with members who elect the governing body of the organization and approve significant decisions to the governing body.

Members of the Chamber elect and approve board members and the officers.
Governing body decisions Part VI line 7b	During the Chambers tax year, there were at least one or more persons who had the right to approve and ratify decisions of the Chambers governing body, including approval of the governing bodys election (and removal, if necessary) of the governing body. All board members are also members of the membership body. They approve the annual budget and elect the slate of officers.
