What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To care for and maintain the cemetery grounds found at the Hook Chu Cemetery located at 2211 Pauoa Road.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Construction of an ossuary was completed to offer an additional cost-effective option for those who cannot afford traditional burials. This is to the benefit of the Association's 28 members, their families, and others who wish to participate in the cemetery.

Explanation:
Our organization already filed a 990-N with the IRS for 2025. I was not made aware of filing with the Hawaii Tax and Charity Division until recently. The previous administration I took over from was not aware of this requirement.
