Part VI response or note to any line in Part VI During the year, several board members were compensated for services unrelated to their roles as board members. Specifically, they were paid to manage and staff the East Central Pork Producers trailer at the local fairs and events. These payments were for operational assistance during funraising activities and not for governance or board duties. All compensation was reasonable and approved.
General explanation attachment Primary Exempt Purpose - The East Central Pork Producers Association provides local financial and education support for youth pork producers located in East Central Minnesota.
