Return Reference Explanation
Grantmaker's Description of How Grants are Used There are separate grants to doctors/scientific researchers working on the various areas of the research. Each grant is assigned an identifying number. Each month the item by item separate expenditures are reported to and paid by Texas A&M University (Texas A&M Agrilife Research). They then bill the Texas Rice Research Foundation and are subsequently repaid. At the completion of each section of research the doctor/scientific researcher who performed the research submits and reports in person to the Board of the Texas Rice Research Foundation as to the findings and results. These results are then made available to the rice producers in various industry positions.
