Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11	A complete copy of the final draft of Form 990 and all required schedules was distributed via printed copies to all voting members of the Board of Directors. Board members were provided a period of 10 days to review the document individually and submit any questions or revisions to the organizations management and tax preparer. After all inquiries were resolved and final approval was confirmed.
