Part X, Line 2:	The Association has been classified by the Internal Revenue Service as exempt from federal income taxes as a not-for-profit organization under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code and classified by the Internal Revenue Service as other than a private foundation. As a result, a provision for taxes is not required. The Association records interest and penalties, if any, in interest expense and other expense, respectively, in operating expenses. The Association has been classified by the Internal Revenue Service as exempt from federal income taxes as a not-for-profit organization under Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code and classified by the Internal Revenue Service as other than a private foundation. As a result, a provision for taxes is not required. The Association records interest and penalties, if any, in interest expense and other expense, respectively, in operating expenses.
