Briefly describe the organization’s mission: Reston Swim Team Association (RSTA) is a community volunteer organization that provides a year-round swim league open to local swimmers ages 5 to 18. 	RSTA Winter Swim - Our Winter program offers one-hour developmental sessions from September through May, designed to improve swimmers' stroke technique and endurance.

	RSTA Summer Swim - The Summer league brings together swimmers from the greater Reston area who practice and compete on eight teams. During the course of a season from late May to the end of July, swimmers practice almost daily and compete in six dual meets, an Individual Medley meet, and a select All-Star meet. Coaches are hired each season and are often current or former RSTA swimmers.
