Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	A call for nominations is emailed to all members when position terms are expiring. Ballots are then mailed to all members within the position's district. Write in options are also available.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Per the by-laws, any Board of Directors' action may be referred to the members of the corporation by petition signed by ten percent, or more, members of the corporation and filed with the Secretary of the Corporation. In the event of suchfiling of a referendum petition or resolution, the Secretary of the corporation shall immediately cause a meeting to be called for the purpose of voting upon the action of the Board. Any Board action thus referred to vote of the members of the membership and disapproved by vote of two thirds of the members voting thereon shall thereby be canceled and be of no further force or effect.
