Collection — federal_awards, updated regularly
Fields — matched_ein, recipient_uei, obligation_amount, awarding_agency, cfda_number, cfda_title, assistance_type, fiscal_year, action_date
UEI Fallback — Automatic lookup via uei_ein_map collection when EIN match isn't direct

Includes recipient name, city, and state for additional context.
